My 14 year old is not impressed easily, however, she was impressed when we had our consultation with Dr. Shafer and his staff. Everyone was very welcoming! My daughter asked her own questions and they explained in a way she felt very comfortable with. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Shafer and the Invisalign journey! I especially appreciated how easy it was to use the scanner for virtual appointments and my daughter loved the fact that she could receive the treatment and still eat whatever she wanted throughout the process. Invisalign was a great option for us and was super simple and quick from start to finish! My son will soon be going through the same treatment and he’s excited and ready after seeing how amazing everything worked out for his sister!

His treatment plans have consistently been spot on. Over the years, multiple members of my family have undergone orthodontic treatment through Shafer Smiles, all with wonderful outcomes. When choosing orthodontic care, I don’t simply compare prices. I consider the provider’s experience, bedside manner, personalized treatment approach, flexible payment options (because orthodontic care is a significant investment), and the helpfulness of the entire team. I cannot say enough amazing things about this orthodontic practice. From the phone call to make the appointment to the consultation to planning treatment. It has gone above and beyond what could have ever imagined. Not only did they make me comfortable they made my child feel comfortable as well. Can’t wait to see what happens in the next phase of treatment definitely will recommend them to all of my friends!
